Please read through our policies below carefully:

1. We will accept exchange & return items that are in new and original condition only (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged).

2. All sales promotions at 50% & 70% off are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. You may exchange/return an item only if :-​​

   • sizing is incorrect: you may ask for an exchange if you received a different size from what you ordered within 7 days.​

   • item is incorrect: you may ask for an exchange if you received a wrong/defective item. If the item is out of stock, you may request for refund.

   • item sent incomplete: you may apply for the refund for that particular item in this case.

4. We do not accept exchange/return of an item if the :-

   • colour is not exactly the same as shown in the pictures. As the colour of items may slightly vary due to lighting when shooting, and may also appear different on the monitor's display.

   • size is not you wanted. It is important to refer to the size guide to select the perfect fit before you place an order.

5. ​Return postage fees will be borne by customer.

6. Refund will only be made once items have been received by us.

7. The refund process will take approximately 5 - 7 working days depending on the bank's processing time.
