1. Stock Availability

   • All products are ready stock and are limited, so it is based on first come first served basis. We can only reserve the product 24 hours for you. ​If you can't pay full payment within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. As it is based on first come first served basis, hence there might be chances that another customer has paid before you. Although the chances are low but it could be happened also. We advise you not to pay anything first. Please ask us about the stock availability first before you pay.

2. ​Photos or Images​

   • All photos are taken by us. Please note that there would be slight colour differences for the actual item and photo due to the lighting during photo shooting. Colour may also appear different on different monitor's display.​ Please do not use our images for other purposes unless you credit to us.

3. Size Guide

   • Beware that every item every design may have different sizes. Please kindly refer to the size chart given to select the perfect fit for yourself.

4. Order, Delivery, Payment

   • Order is successfully made only when you have paid in full amount within 24 hours. Failure to do so might result in order cancelled. After order is confirmed, cancellation of orders is strictly not allowed. Urgent order is not encouraged. Change of mind is not applicable for exchange or refund. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. COD is not available. 

5. Exchange/ Refund

   • Exchange or refund will be given instantly only when the item has been sold out right after you paid. If your desired product is out of stock/ there is any defect, you can choose whether you would like a replacement or a refund. If you request for a replacement, we will replace it with other product with same value. Otherwise, you will be given a refund.
