1. How to make an order?

Dm us by showing us the picture of what you would like to buy. Then tell us the size you want. We then calculate the shipping fee and the amount you need to pay
2. When only consider the order has been successfully made?

Order is only confirmed upon full payment made within 24 hours with a receipt of it

3. How do I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once you have paid please inform us immediately. When we have confirmed your payment receipt and all the order details, then we will send you the confirmation message as to accept your order

4. What if I fail to make payment within 24 hours?

The order will be cancelled as we only reserve your order for 24 hours

5. What if I really like the design but I forgotten to pay within 24 hours, what should I do?

You can contact us immediately. If the item hasn't been sold out yet, we still can reserve for you
​
6. I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund for my cancelled order?

No you can't. You can cancel your order anytime if you haven't made the payment. Please inform us immediately. However, if you have already paid, you cannot cancel your order. So please make sure and reconfirm everything before you place your order

7. I'm hesitant on choosing things I like. I could possibly change my mind at last minutes. What should I do?

We advise you not to pay first. You still have time to think about it as the reservation for your order is 24 hours

8. When will my item be shipped if I pay today?

We will send out your parcel within 2-3 working days. During mco, the delivery of the parcel will be slightly delayed. Your patience is highly appreciated

9. Can I still change my address?

Yes you can, but before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped out, you have to contact the courier service by yourself for amendment of your address

10. How do I track my order?

We will provide you the tracking number so that you can track your shipment

11. I suspect that my parcel has lost during transit and the status is not updated. What should I do?

We will help you to follow up and keep you updated about the shipment. Please be patient

EXCHANGE & RETURNS/ REFUND

12. Can I change an item to other item? Can I change the size or colour of an item as well?

You can only change the item when the payment is not done yet. Otherwise, you can't change after the order is confirmed

13. Can I exchange or return the faulty item to you?

Yes you can, but terms & conditions applied. Please read through the t&c. Inform us first before you return the item to us if not we won't accept the returned item and you will not be given a refund

14. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange or request for a refund?

No you can't. Our exchanges & returns policy has stated clearly that we don't accept this as a reason to apply for exchange or refund

15. What payment method can I use to pay?

We only accept bank transfer at the moment. Bank in to us and we will start to prepare your shipment. Meanwhile COD is not available
